Introducing Senior Smiles Osceola, a new and exciting collaboration between Osceola County Government and Osceola Community Health Services that provides affordable and accessible denture services for seniors ages 55 and older.

With a state-of-the-art mobile dental unit, Osceola Smiles brings comprehensive care directly to Osceola County neighborhoods, ensuring accessibility.

  • All seniors, insured or uninsured, are eligible

Denture Eligibility

Upon scheduling your dental pre-screening exam, you should expect the following:

  • An Osceola Community Health Services (OCHS) Dentist will perform a full oral exam and X-ray to determine if you are medically fit to undergo the procedure
  • If you are NOT medically fit, the Osceola Community Health Services Dentist will speak with you about low-cost programs offered by OCHS that will assist you to improve your oral health so that you may receive your promised dentures.

What is the minimum age requirement?

  • The minimum age requirement is 55 years old.

Will I have to reside in Osceola County?

  • Yes, proof of residency is required.

      (e.g.: Lease, ID, utility bill, etc.)

What services are available under the denture program?

The following services are available:

  • Full denture
  • Partial denture
  • A dental exam and X-Rays will be required

Is Insurance required?

  • This program is open to seniors with or without insurance.
