The 340B Drug Pricing Program is a federal initiative that requires pharmaceutical companies to sell outpatient drugs at discounted prices to certain eligible health care providers, known as "covered entities". This program aims to help these providers, who often serve low-income populations, stretch limited resources and provide more comprehensive care.

How the Sliding Fee Discount Program works

What is the Sliding Fee Discount Program?

Here at Osceola Community Health Services (OCHS) we offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to help make healthcare services more affordable for uninsured patients, including both adults and children. Eligibility is determined based on household income and family size.

Patients who qualify will receive a Sliding Fee Discount Card upon completion and approval of the eligibility application process. This sliding fee card may be used at any of our clinics and applies to eligible medical, dental, and other services provided by our organization.

To apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program, please schedule an appointment with one of our Patient Eligibility Specialists by calling (407) 943-8600.
