You are invited to bid on the interior renovations for new reconfiguration of existing building lobby, common areas including staff breakroom, corridors, 4 Exam rooms, two restrooms, three office spaces, convert bathroom w/shower to a storage room and opening of two rooms for Finance Department.

Sealed bids will be due by June 27, 2025. You may email your bid to the project manager, Magaly Cruz, at Magaly.Cruz@osceolahealthcare.org

In addition to Contractor’s letter of interest and qualifications, all bids must contain the following information to be considered:

Schedule of Values broken down per the format provided per project. Please utilize the attached Excel Spreadsheets. No bids will be accepted that are not broken down in accordance with this format.

A list of subcontractors pricing is based on.

A proposed construction timeline must be included.
